Wonderful community with 2 outdoor pools, main pool has a seasonal bar / grill and beach shop, indoor pool area has hot tub, sauna, kids pool, track and gym, the picture you see of the board walk is your private walk to the beach which has Coco's restaurant on the beach, chairs and umbrella provided, 2 car max.

The space
Building one is the closest to the beach / has main pool, 4th floor with elevator.

One of the few units with both indoor and outdoor pools, enjoy the beach year round! In the summer there is a bar and grill by the main pool.

June / July / August if you arrive on a Saturday check in may be 6pm, it is the changeover date for HHI and cleaners are always working as quickly as they can, unfortunately airbnb does not have an option for this to be differentiated on the listing.
